Q: Do you bake gluten free cupcakes?

A: Unfortunately not for the BoxCakes range at the moment, though gluten free is available for all of my other collected cakes. All of my BoxCakes are traditional sponges and uses wheat flour, milk, & eggs.
Q: Are the BoxCakes suitable for vegetarians?
​
A: The cupcake sponges and buttercream are suitable for vegetarians, however some of the classic selection decorations are not suitable (Sweetshop, Rocky Road & Party Pinks). The marshmallows provided with Rocky Road and Party Pinks are packaged separately and you can choose to not include these on your cupcakes for a vegetarian friendly version . Alternatively you could order a Bare Selection and decorate in your favourite friendly toppings.
Q: Can I customise my BoxCakes to a specific design or occasion?

A: My BoxCakes range will extend over time, and are currently limited to the selections shown on the menu. If you wish to add your own decorations or designs I created the Bare Selection specifically for this. Alternatively, if you are local to the Tamworth area you can order your customised cupcakes for collection here>>
Q: Are the BoxCakes simple to prepare?

A: Yes, definitely! You BoxCakes include a step by step guide and step by step videos for your chosen selection.
Q: Do I need any special equipment?
​
A: Only a sharp pair of scissors, and a sharp knife for a few of the selections (Party Pinks, Caramel Crackle, Chocolate Overload). Everything else is included in your purchase.
Q: How quickly are my BoxCakes delivered?
​
A: Your BoxCakes will be delivered by First Class Royal Mail, a 24h service that targets a next day delivery and will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure the person receiving the delivery is available.
Q: When is the latest I can order for next day delivery?
​
A: Because your BoxCakes are shipped on the day of baking the latest an order can be processed for same day dispatch is 4pm.
Q: Are the deliveries tracked?
​
A: Standard First Class is not tracked, though you can choose a tracked service at checkout if required.
